 In 2014 Barbara Loucks discovered her father’s childhood stories of outdoor adventures he took in the Port Hope area.  Never having lost his love of nature Charles Haultain was a founding member of the Willow Beach Field Naturalists.  Barbara will chat about her father’s book and talk about the man he became.

 The Haskill family was one of the first families to settle in Port Hope. They have lived on the same Lakeshore Road farm since 1796.  Sandford Haskill will share the story of his family’s history from departing England in 1793 until today.

Canadian citizen, at least 18 years old and a resident of Port Hope. Applications should state:  the name, address and qualifications of the applicant and any pertinent background information which may assist Council in its consideration.

Age-Friendly Community Survey

A survey is now available online and from Municipal locations, providing residents with an opportunity to provide feedback on a variety of age-friendly community features.  The survey will be open until March 13, 2016.
